1. Acceptance of Terms
   By creating an account on this portal, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, all applicable laws/regulations of Zambia, and accept responsibility for compliance with any local applicable laws.
2. Eligibility
   You must be:
   • At least 18 years old
   • Legally eligible to work in Zambia
   • Providing truthful and accurate information
3. User Obligations
   You agree to:
   • Maintain account information accuracy
   • Not misrepresent qualifications or experience
   • Not submit applications containing false/misleading information
   • Not use the portal for any unlawful purpose
4. Account Security
   You are responsible for:
   • Maintaining confidentiality of login credentials
   • All activities under your account
   • Immediately notifying NHIMA of unauthorized account use
5. Privacy & Data Protection
   NHIMA complies with Zambia's Data Protection Act. By using this portal you consent to:
   • Collection/storage of personal data for recruitment purposes
   • Sharing of application materials with relevant NHIMA staff
   • Retention of application records for 2 years post-submission
6. Intellectual Property
   All portal content including logos, documents, and job descriptions remain exclusive property of NHIMA. Unauthorized reproduction/distribution is prohibited.
7. Disclaimer
   NHIMA reserves the right to:
   • Verify all submitted information
   • Disqualify applicants providing false information
   • Withdraw vacancies at any time without notice
   • Modify application deadlines at its discretion
8. Limitation of Liability
   NHIMA shall not be liable for:
   • Technical failures affecting application submissions
   • Unauthorized third-party access to applicant data
   • Employment decisions made based on portal submissions
9. Termination of Access
   NHIMA may suspend/terminate accounts for:
   • Violation of these terms
   • Inactivity exceeding 12 months
   • Fraudulent activity detection
10. Governing Law
    These terms shall be governed by Zambian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Lusaka.
11. Amendments
    NHIMA may update these terms periodically. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
